Description

‘The Evolution of Knee Preservation’ evening symposium is aimed at those wishing to discuss both innovative concepts and novel approaches to the treatment of soft tissue pathologies effecting the knee. Discussions will primarily focus around the identification and surgical treatment of meniscal root tears and the safe & effective use of COBLATION™ technology in the knee, including Chondroplasty.

Attendees will have the opportunity to debate, along with the conveners, their philosophy of how and why to approach these repair techniques. The evidence surrounding these surgical techniques will also be explored in order to ascertain their efficacy and level patient satisfaction.

The evening meeting is aimed at all orthopaedic surgeons from those performing these procedures independently and regularly and to those with the desire to learn more about the current and unique technologies and procedures that are likely to shape the future landscape of knee preservation. Trainees to senior consultants are welcomed.

There is no course registration associated with the symposium. Delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation (where appropriate). The meeting will include a working, buffet dinner.
